We are seeking up to $2 million, the maximum allowable under the applicable law, and will close the offer once we reach that limit. We suspect this is the first and last possibility to invest for many public investors, at least before our intended IPO in a few years time.
Larger investors who miss out may be eligible for our concurrent private offer, but it is far easier (and on the same terms) to invest through the Snowball platform.
